Full time Summary Manage a janitorial crew in a cost-effective manner by establishing and applying sound management policies pertaining to the organization, customer relations, planning, cost control, and work flow.
Responsible for recruitment, training, management, and supervision of all personnel assigned at the contract site.
Responsible for insuring that work is performed to the specifications of the contract.
Responsible for maintaining equipment and supplies.
Maintains reports and records as required.
Responsibilities:
Overall management of janitorial contract functions.
Manage the project in a cost efficient and effective manner.
Supervise and train assigned individuals in all phases of contract operations.
Schedule all personnel and work to ensure contract requirements are met.
Ensure the contract maintains quality standards.
Responsible for equipment and supplies (proper usage, maintenance, storage, replacement).
Maintain and generate necessary records required by the contract as well as those required by the company.
Represent the company in meetings with Contract personnel.
Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
Responsible for performance of safety drills and maintaining the work site within OSHA standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Supervises all assigned personnel.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and applicable laws.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 70lbs.
Ability to operate manual and mechanized equipment.
Education:
High School Diploma and bachelor's degree (Preferred).

years prior supervisory experience in janitorial related positions.
Able to obtain and maintain security clearance as required by contract.
