Customer-oriented, detail focused individual to join our team at our Pharr store.
Our primary focus is on exceeding our customers expectations in both product quality and customer relations.
If your interested in this position you should be outgoing with the ability to speak, clearly, kindly and professionally to all customers and fellow team members.
Must be willing to learn a very detailed system and follow it to ensure production and customer needs are met.
Business casual attire is required and bi-lingual is preferred but not necessary.
Schedule is Monday - Friday and EVERY other Saturday from 8am - 12pm.
Responsibilities Assist customers on incoming calls Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Skills Customer Support experience or experience Phone contact handling skills and active listening Basic computer familiarity Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Job Types:
