Job Description:
At Kumori we are looking for a highly skilled Sushi specialists to prepare sushi dishes in accordance with Kumori standards.
The Sushi Specialist will prepare traditional Japanese sushi rice, chopping, slicing, and filleting various kinds of fish and place orders as needed.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety Maintaining a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination Selecting ingredients Ordering and receiving merchandise and controlling inventory Daily preparation of work in the departmentOther duties assigned.

Qualifications:
Communication, time-management and organizational abilities Willing to learn a new skillPhysical Requirements:
