We are looking for a hard working candidate with excellent communication skills to join our team.
Job description includes animal restraint and handling (able to lift minimum of 40 lbs), surgery and dental assisting/monitoring, obtaining patient vitals (temperature ,pulse, respiration and weight), running laboratory tests, assisting in X-ray, willing and able to follow detailed instructions, cleaning and disinfecting after each patient, throughout day and end of day.
Daily, weekly and monthly cleaning lists to complete.
The qualified candidate must be comfortable and confident working with, lifting and handling animals of all sizes.
We see dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, small pockets pets and tortoises.
Bilingual (english/spanish) a plus but is not required.
