As a Restaurant Consultant you will provide guidance from concept development to launch ensuring a smooth and successful opening.
You will also provide advice to our different customers to improve various aspects of business operations, increase profits, and expand their businesses.
Other main responsibilities for our existing customers with open establishments will include analyzing different restaurant's operations, identifying areas for improvements and developing strategies to enhance profitability, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Restaurant Consultant Experience, Skills & Responsibilities :
Site Selections / Lease Negotiations Selection of different Vendors to open new restaurants Selection of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment Development of Business plan / Operational plan Front of the House Development Human Resources - Includes recruiting, hiring, and training of all restaurant staff Selection of Marketing companies & campaigns Advise on Menu & Pricing development Analyse restaurants operations and performance metrics Identify areas for improvement in profitability, efficiency and customer satisfaction Monitor & Collaborate with restaurant management to implement changes and improvements Proficiency in problem solving to address obstacles and challenges in restaurant operation Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet projects deadlines effectively Identify opportunities for growth and expansion Excellent Workplace & Flexible Work Schedule Monday thru Friday 9:
00am - 6:
00pm (40hrs per week).
